Ripton Home Baker Brooke Wilcox (Coop to Kitchen) joins forces with V Smiley (V Smiley Preserves, New Haven) each week, offering the town a spread of pastries and savory dishes to enjoy. Come sit in the communal space and meet a new friend while enjoying coffee from Brio Coffeeworks and a tasty treat.
Open 7-Noon, offering discounted $2 coffee for early birds until 8!

This week’s menu includes:

Animal Farm Buttermilk biscuits by Coop to Kitchen with Flatlander Farm chicken liver mouse, cherry preserves, pickled mustard seed and a 6 minute soft boiled egg

Potato, parsley, leek quiche in an almond rosemary crust (gluten and grain free)
with a celery root, golden beet salad, yogurt and pistachios

Homemade yogurt by V Smiley, Coop to Kitchen’s granola and preserves by V Smiley

Honey Chamomile Cake

Cinnamon Brioche Buns

Apple-Cardamom Hand Pies
