Reel Film Fridays at Lawrence Memorial Library

November 30, 2018 @ 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm

The final film for 2018 screens this Friday at 7:30pm at Lawrence Memorial Library!

Our screenings of films from the 1930s thru 1970s continues with Frank Capra’s 1946 Christmas classic.

Here’s the synopsis:

“A holiday favorite for generations… George Bailey has spent his entire life giving to the people of Bedford Falls. All that prevents rich skinflint Mr. Potter from taking over the entire town is George’s modest building and loan company. But on Christmas Eve the business’s $8,000 is lost and George’s troubles begin.”

Director: Frank Capra
Cast: James Stewart, Donna Reed, Lionel Barrymore, Thomas Mitchell, Henry Travers

See you on Friday!
